We will set SPP135 (paid in order #3725, seen in the secondpicture) in a setting similar to the third picture, with 3 round diamonds on each side.

We will set diamond paves half way around the shank (see the last picture)

This will be made in 14K white gold, size 6. The center stone will be set with 4 claw prongs (no prong on the top tip of the stone).
